Both members and non-members may register, with their guests. Members should login prior to registering for their information to auto populate. Payments may be made by credit card on this site only, and not at the meeting location, with the exception of the Annual Conference.

REMINDER: REGISTRATION CLOSES AT NOON ON THE MONDAY BEFORE THE MEETING!
Registration for the AHRMA monthly meeting will close at NOON on the MONDAY before the meeting. Many of you may not be aware that AHRMA must provide Austin Country Club a guaranteed number of seats/lunches and AHRMA is obligated to pay for that guaranteed number. The deadline of noon on the Monday before the meeting gives the AHRMA office and Austin County Club a very short time to prepare for the Thursday luncheon meeting.
In order to reserve your seat and meal, we encourage everyone to register and pay on-line via the AHRMA website. If you cannot prepay on-line with a credit card, payment on the day of the event must be cash or check only; no credit cards are accepted at the event.
Everyone who registers on-line will automatically receive a confirmation via email. If you do not receive this confirmation, the registration process was not completed. Please contact the AHRMA office at 512.328.2476 for direction.
If you have not registered by NOON on MONDAY, you are welcome to come as a “walk-in” at the $10 additional fee, given space availability. Please note that there will be a limit to the number of walk-ins that can be accommodated with a seat and a meal.
