REMINDER: MONTHLY MEETING REGISTRATION CLOSES AT NOON THREE DAYS PRIOR TO THE MEETING

Registration for the AHRMA monthly meetings will close at NOON three (3) days before the meeting. AHRMA must provide our meeting venue a guaranteed number of seats/lunches and AHRMA is obligated to pay for that guaranteed number. The deadline of noon, three (3) days prior to the meeting gives the AHRMA office and venue a very short time to prepare for the monthly meeting.

In order to reserve your seat and meal, we encourage everyone to register and pay on-line via the AHRMA website. If you cannot prepay on-line with a credit card, payment on the day of the event can be cash, check and credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express).

Everyone who registers on-line will receive a confirmation via email. If you do not receive this confirmation, the registration process was not completed. Please contact the AHRMA office at 512-328-2476 for direction.

If you have not registered by NOON three (3) days prior to the event, you are welcome to come as a “walk-in” for a slightly higher fee, given space availability. Please note that there will be a limit to the number of walk-ins that can be accommodated with a seat and a meal.
