The Marketing and Public Relations Committee enhances awareness of the AHRMA brand as the premiere human resources organization in Central Texas. Our committee adheres to the 4 P’s of Marketing – Product, Price, Placement and Promotion with an emphasis on Personal Selling. These are the ingredients we use to capture and promote AHRMA.

OUR MISSION and OBJECTIVES:

  • Enhance awareness of AHRMA as the premiere Human Resources organization in Central Texas among the business communities in which we serve and in the general public.
  • Oversee and manage the marketing and public relations activities of the chapter.

GOALS:

  • Assemble a diverse team of AHRMA volunteers to drive AHRMA marketing and public relations initiatives.
  • Build relationships with community and professional organizations in order to develop mutually beneficial partnerships.
  • Showcase AHRMA's award-winning products and services by collaborating with fellow AHRMA committees including Membership, Diversity, Communications, Programs, Workforce Readiness, Conference and Career Development.

  • Get the opportunity to become a social media guru.
