Monthly Meeting Sponsor - $900

AHRMA allows ONE meeting sponsor per month. Contact the VP Programs for availability.
Personal introduction by the Chapter President and 5 minutes to address the audience to promote your company, products and services.
A skirted sponsor table to display your products/services at the event.
Distribution of marketing information or gift placed at each attendee's chair.
Logo recognition posted on the AHRMA Home Page for the month of Sponsorship.
Recognition on event marketing, including AHRMA's social media outlets.
Singe ad recognition as meeting sponsor on AHRMA newsletter/e-blast.
One advertising/marketing e-blast sent to all registered AHRMA members (900+) during the month of Sponsorship.
Reserved table seating for two (2) company representatives at the "head" table.
Two all day program registrations and luncheons.

Website Homepage Featured Sponsors - $350 per month

Your organization may choose to market your company on AHRMA's home page. This is the main portal for members and non-members, and attracts hundreds of visitors each month. Organizations may choose to market their company on our special "Featured Sponsors" section, reserved only for those buying this option or where the option may be included in a package promotion. This sponsorship allows you to post your logo and insert additional website link. Space is limited to three (3) total sponsors per month.

Marketing e-Blasts – Rates: $500.00 ($450.00 for Non-profit organizations)

AHRMA will send your advertising/marketing message to all 900+ members. Electronic transmission is more reliable, effective, and green than traditional mail! E-blasts are offered on a first-come, first-serve basis, subject to space available, and are subject to blackout periods. AHRMA will make every effort to send the message on the date that you have selected, but no later than three (3) days from the date selected, assuming space is available. Requests should be submitted 2 weeks prior to the requested distribution date. Scheduling is limited to one sponsor-paid e-blast per week. Payment must be made at time of request and must be accompanied with the Sponsor e-blast Agreement and Submission Form.

Layout content, including images, in Microsoft Word, as it should appear. DO NOT convert file to HTML! Font usage is limited unless it's created as an image. If you are using a page layout program, please "export" your layout in either .jpg or .gif.

Members Resource Group Sponsors $250 per meeting

AHRMA's Members Resource Groups are special interest groups that provide an opportunity for professional development within a certain member demographic or specialization. AHRMA currently has five (5) such resource groups that meet quarterly. These groups emphasize professional development, networking, and sharing of best practices in a small setting. Events are booked at a variety of venues, and are provided free to AHRMA members. Meetings may feature round table discussions, speakers, networking events, and topics are determined by the group's members. Attendance varies from 10-20+ members per meeting. All events and their supporting sponsors are published on the AHRMA Calendar of Events and promoted on the blog and in all social media outlets. Sponsors will be introduced by the group facilitator, and may distribute materials at the event.

Service Provider Marketplace $300.00 per year

AHRMA's Marketplace is the "one stop shop" of HR products and services for all HR Professionals and business community leaders in Central Texas. The Marketplace is publicized in our monthly newsletter, Facebook, and LinkedIn group.
The Marketplace offers approximately 25 categories of products and services.
Your Company listing will include your logo, contact information, website address, and can include a 70-word description of the services or products available. Listings will remain active on the website for 12 months.

Members in Transition Sponsor $180.00

This Scholarship program will support AHRMA's Members in Transition program. Your Sponsorship will provide attendance to the monthly meeting and lunch for five (5) HR professionals in transition to their next position.
Personal introduction by the President at the monthly meeting.
Registration and lunch for one (1) company representative.

Prize & Rewards Sponsors $35.00 minimum value

Door prizes, rewards, and drawings are featured at AHRMA monthly meetings, new member orientations, networking events, resource group meetings and recognition events throughout the year. Donating companies receive recognition onsite at the event and are recognized in the following newsletter.
