The AHRMA Office

Coles Management Services (CMS) was incorporated six years ago and has performed association management services to several clients. Prior to the incorporation, each of the staff members has had a variety of experience working with associations, governmental agencies and the legal profession.
 

EC-CMS Relationship is Key to Success

Obviously, the role of both the EC and CMS for AHRMA is to provide leadership for the organization. Yet the type of leadership each provides is different. For the EC, its governance. For CMS its management. In other words, one decides what to do and the other sees that it’s done.
