Cancellation Policy:

Registration fees are refundable prior to Friday, July 12, 2024, minus a $50 administration fee. Registration fees may not be applied to other events but may be transferred to another person at the same company. These changes must be requested via email to support@austinshrm.org.

If transferring to another individual, higher registration fees may apply if membership level is different from the original registrant.

Recertification Credits:

The 2024 Austin SHRM Conference will be reviewed for approval for re-certification credit hours from the Society of Human Resource Management Association (SHRM) and the HR Certification Institute (HRCI). Attendees can earn re-certification credit. An email containing a survey and re-certification credits will be sent out the Monday following the Austin SHRM Annual Conference.

Reasonable Accommodation Requests:

If you have a reasonable accommodation request, please complete this Accessibility Accommodation Form. You will receive a response within two business days acknowledging receipt along with any follow up questions. Requests must be received a minimum of two (2) weeks in advance of the day of Annual Conference (Friday, August 4th).

Service Animals:

The University of Texas only allows service animals inside campus buildings that are required by the ADA. Service animals under the ADA are dogs that are specifically trained to provide a specific task that falls under the coverage of the ADA. Hotel guests are required to register the service animal with the front desk at check in. The service animal must remain under control and with the guest at all times. Emotional support animals are not considered service animals under the ADA and are not permitted on property.
