While it is reassuring that more organizations recognize the value of diversity in their teams and are implementing metrics to measure progress, the real goal of diversity is to create a culture of inclusion and belonging. By focusing on establishing an inclusive environment, organizations can unlock the true value of diversity. Reservation/Cancellation Policy
Registrations must be received before close of business on the Monday prior to the event so that we may turn in a headcount. Onsite registrations are accepted at the door on a first-come, first-served basis. If you can't make the event, please let us know 72 hours beforehand by sending an email to support@austinshrm.org, so that we can cancel your registration and issue a credit to your account. Please note, credits will not be issued after the 72-hour mark as we pay the venue based on the number of attendees reserved - including no-shows.
