Alleviating the Care Crisis:
The Role Employers Play in Providing Care

Employees today want to feel cared for by their employers and recognized as people — not just workers. Employers face challenges addressing the evolving needs of their workforce and providing support during the moments that matter. When employers lean into addressing the Care Crisis, they increase the likelihood of retention, reduce benefits, spend, and increase overall productivity. Join us to hear more about why it's the employer's role to help alleviate the escalating care crisis.

Laura Ingram
Principle at Lloyd Gosselink Rochelle & Townsend, P.C.

Laura is an employment attorney at Lloyd Gosselink Rochelle & Townsend, P.C.  She draws from over a decade of experience advising both public and private sector clients on a wide variety of employment law matters.  Laura most enjoys helping her clients navigate the complexities of state and federal law to minimize risk, focusing on claim prevention to the extent possible, while also conducting internal investigations and defending employers when claims do arise.  She hopes that her work helps keep employers out of trouble by helping them to not only achieve legal compliance, but also provide a productive and enjoyable workplace for their employees, addressing the small things before they become big problems.
